Parkinson's Low Impact Boxercise - Parkinson's UK

A fun and social seated exercise class, which uses basic boxing attributes and skills. Running weekly on Fridays. The session contains non-contact pad work and shadow boxing using easy-to-learn moves. The session provides a whole body and mind workout that is suitable for beginners. Partners/carers are welcome to support or join in. Booking is essential.
